The Future of e-Governance, Wealth Creation & Peace Building.
Contradictions between the compulsions of the system and the elementary needs of human nature are becoming ever more evident, resulting in the spread of increasingly severe crises. Our society continues to be characterized by an incompatibility between, the economic pursuit of profit and fulfilling the needs of the people. As a result, the conditions required for optimum health are undermined, and society is plagued by systemic problems of violence and conflict, poverty, climate change, and disease.
A theory of change applied to the socio-economic system based on trust and capital — without arbitrary coercions — we maximize the possibilities for legitimate societal systems to be realised, overcoming systemic suffering — by a decentralised autonomous networks of associations — artificial and natural — incorporating institutions, for the functioning of our contemporary and future scientific and technological society.
Our multidimensional platform quantifying beneficent power relations in consensus algorithms to implement a democratic and benevolent society enabling creativity, freedom, dignity, and other fundamental developmental and self-realising essential human characteristics meant for living a meaningful life, meant to inspire our civilisation and culture.
Modern constitutional democracies are safeguarding the rights of communities and thereby establishing them, reinforce the internationalist system that delegates authority away from the individuals — members of the community — to third parties that are non-representative. By shifting the perspective to societies we gain a more inclusive and holistic approach that utilizing network theory (political science) to establish a more ideal governance system for the stakeholders concerned, ultimately all 7.5 Billion Humans and the future of Artificial Intelligences.
This proposal foresees that antagonistic communities in societies, as equal partners in the Digital Social Contract, cooperating on developing the most critical (science) technological infrastructure and producing assets to which they have equal access rights and investment opportunities, including income sharing and dividends to realise the benefits from the fourth industrial revolution, initiating a new period of cosmopolitan citizenship, contributing to the development of positive peace and governmental stability, for sustainable — moral & intelligent — economic, social progress.
Our Vision for Stakeholder Rights (VSR) commitment protecting the equal rights of ethnic, religious, linguistic, and other groups and guarantee access to the most critical goods and services to sustain a technologically advanced civilisation.
The Vision for Stakeholder Rights (VSR) works to ensure that every Stakeholders have their most basic needs met.
We must repeatedly stress that the technological infrastructure and producing assets should benefit all associate members in the universal society and constitute a strong incentive for all parties to find a mutually beneficial solution with our Representative Proof of Stake (RPOS) consensus and Digital Consociation Algorithms (DCA).
The goal is to provide people with freedom and personal autonomy.

- We lift Stakeholders out of poverty; protect them from abuse and neglect, and ensure their access to health care and education enabling them to innovate for a prosperous future in the struggle for human freedom and individual dignity.

When more individuals and societies participate, economies will grow and increase the level of trust and capital — a reduction 30% less conflict for 2030 equates 9 times the total earnings of 1 billion people living in extreme poverty — results in exponential economic growth and immense social benefits.
Our method to enable peace between stakeholders and societies is with Collective Peace Partnerships (CPPs) as a reward mechanism to be realised and achieved with Digital Securities; the Stakeholder Units. The units of Stakehold ultimately offer a variety of benefits both social and cultural; in addition to the financial returns received; based upon the associate member’s reward to their stake (trust and capital); multiplies benefits that can derive from co-operation or group behavior
in terms of addressing market failures (Social Solidarity Economy and Systemic Philanthropy) and making demands for realization of rights, equality, care burden, and the transformations in production and consumption patterns.
Addressing these multiple dimensions of development fosters economic dynamism, social and environmental protection and socio-political empowerment, it also helps to create a world with more market choices, enhanced security for small economic players, greater transparency and a heightened sense of common purpose.

- The idea is that Elites play a significant role in conflict resolution between communities (shared identities) of ethic, religious or linguistic groups within the society (free associations), in terms of dominance in physical-biological (ecosystem) and governance, the cyberspace. —
The question I ask myself is what would it take us to prepare for a technological singularity, what civilizational culture do we must embrace, what universalities we can accept, and are these world problems worth addressing collectively, as antagonisms (power-sharing arrangements) is a touchy topic, hard to discuss with most people, attached to their (conditioned) identity as it (my world-view) mostly looks at it from an existential and axiological perspective that is probabilistic and quantifiable.
